Victoria Kovalchuk joined the RW Jones Agency in fall 2023 after nearly a decade of working in finance.

As the agency’s finance manager, she plays a crucial role in steering the financial course of the organization and ensuring its financial health and accuracy.

Victoria got an early start to her career as an office administrator and bookkeeper for her father’s company at age 14. She went on to become a business manager and property developer at C.E.F. Properties LLC and managed the development of several notable projects, including one of Alaska’s largest solar farms.

Victoria has a degree in accounting and business management from Insotus College.

After residing in Alaska for 10 years, she now lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho — less snow, warmer days. She loves to be outdoors, whether hiking, boating or dining alfresco (when outdoor seating is offered).
