As the Director of Client Solutions and Success at RW Jones, Kelly works across the agency to spearhead initiatives that grow and strengthen client relationships. With a successful track record on both the campus and agency sides of higher education, Kelly backs up her passion for people and the life-changing power of a college degree with a keen understanding of the challenges faced by partners and a deep knowledge of the industry.

Before joining the team at RWJ, Kelly developed and delivered strategic partnerships at Campus Sonar, a social-listening-focused higher education firm. On campus, Kelly held diverse roles at institutions of all shapes and sizes for more than 15 years. Her experience spans public, private, two-year, and four-year colleges and universities. In her most recent campus-based role, she led recruitment, outreach, and enrollment marketing and management efforts at the University of Arizona, where she led significant growth for the College of Engineering.

Kelly’s higher education career began at her alma mater, Culver-Stockton College, where she studied public relations and history/political science. Inspired by her early professional roles and outstanding mentors in admissions, marketing, and student affairs, she earned her Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri.

An undergraduate study abroad program in Greece inspired Kelly’s lifelong enthusiasm for travel and exploring new cultures and experiences. When not engaging with colleagues and clients, you can find Kelly planning her next adventure, poring over a book or blog related to wine (pun intended), or exploring the Sonoran Desert and its cuisine with her fiancé, Mike.
