With over 12 years of experience in brand strategy, Josh has a proven track record of helping organizations unlock growth. He develops compelling and impactful brands by partnering with clients to uncover actionable insights, define a clear purpose, and build meaningful connections with their audiences. Driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, Josh enjoys uncovering the truths that drive decision-making and finding ways to connect with audiences in a meaningful and impactful way.
Before joining RWJ in January 2025, he honed his expertise in creative agency and in-house settings. He has collaborated with diverse teams at organizations such as Whirlpool, Walmart, J.M. Smucker Co, Nomi Health, and Cincinnati Public Radio.
A graduate of Ohio University, Josh lives in Cincinnati, OH, with his wife and two young children. When he’s not crafting brand strategies, you can find him exploring and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
