Ben Borus started with the RW Jones Agency in fall 2023. His role with the agency is to work with clients to enhance and improve their social media presence by developing digital strategies to engage prospective students, alumni and the broader community. 

Ben also works with clients on content creation, social strategy, graphic design, social listening and more.

Previously, he worked with the Green Bay Packers as a social media coordinator, helping the Packers reach the top five among NFL teams in engagement metrics and social value. He also served as the department’s main graphic designer, leading the creative charge for various advertising campaigns. He gained valuable insights on how to maximize content to take advantage of various social media platforms’ algorithms.

Prior to his time in Green Bay, Ben held roles on the content teams for both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Penn State football. 

Currently based in Philadelphia, Ben graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising.
