BIO
Shirin Ralston has over thirteen years of experience in project management, marketing operations and creative workflow optimization in the education industry.
Shirin previously spent six years in the Strategic Marketing and Communications department at Chapman University, where she led the successful implementation and adoption of project management practices, launched a campus-wide request intake system, developed a standardized framework for managing projects and marketing campaigns across the department, staffed and mentored a team of project managers, and oversaw ongoing process improvement efforts.
Prior to that, Shirin worked at a multi-campus K-12 private school organization for seven years where she managed numerous marketing, admissions and campus projects of varying complexity, including immunization clinic and admissions open house events, website redesigns, re-enrollment communication plans, recruitment marketing plans, email campaigns, etc.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and a certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Shirin lives in Southern California with her husband, Rick, and two young daughters, Sofia and Ava. When not working, she can be found alongside her husband entertaining their kids, planning social gatherings and home improvement projects, or catching up on her favorite TV shows such as Law and Order, the Great British Bake Off, House of Dragon or Outlander.
